My Journey

Welcome to Female Network, my name is Tammy Doyle. I was born into a dysfunctional family and had a difficult childhood, but I never let it stop me from following my dreams. I’m the founder of Female Network and have over 25 years experience in multiple businesses. I understand the needs of women from all walks of life and my experiences have enabled me to create a network of ladies who want to inspire each other and come together.

My mission is to give women the tools to overcome obstacles, achieve goals and discover their journey in life. When women support other women magical things can happen and together we can achieve more.

I left home at an early age and lived on the edges of society for a number of years, but before long I’d made the decision to start my own business. It wasn’t exactly legal, but to me it was something I owned and worked hard at to make succeed.

I was a quick learner and the industry gave me the skills to move on and create something that felt real. In the following years I went on to own a string of successful companies ranging from call centres to beauty salons.

I have served as vice chairman of the Wirral Branch of the Federation of Small Businesses, and in the early 2000’s I hosted my own business talk show on local radio.

I understand and empathise with the challenges many women face in today’s society, as they juggle business and family life.

It’s all about your mindset. If you believe and work hard, you can achieve.

I can now show people the different ways that have helped me get through my life experiences with mentoring and 1-2-1 and group workshops.

I’m currently working on my first book which is based on events from my very eventful life. Oh! and I’m on the lookout for my first campervan, the aim being to live a virtual lifestyle, running my business from my van, while on the road travelling.

In my free time I love reading, theatre, festivals, concerts, the sun, the moon and the stars. I also enjoy writing, yoga, walking, being at one with nature, meditating and socialising with family and friends.

I hope you all enjoy the Female Network experience and utilise the tools we provide.
